We ship all orders via USPS. Delivery is available for orders within a limited area in Fort Worth. Delivery is free for orders over $29.95 (subtotal) and $3 for orders under $29.95.
About our products
Clay's Pecans began with Chef Clay's recipe for his Original Spice flavor pecans, combining warm and aromatic spices of cinnamon and nutmeg with a touch of heat from cayenne pepper. His special cooking process yields an addictive and satisfying crunch that sets them apart from other candied pecans. The Honey BBQ flavor came shortly after, combining sweet honey with wood smoke. Use them to top salads, desserts and roasted vegetables. Add them to charcuterie and cheese boards. Or enjoy them on their own as a snack.
About Chef Clay
Chef Clay has been a cooking professional in Texas for over 30 years. In 2003, he began perfecting his own recipe for spiced candied pecans. His goal was to create a sweet, spiced pecan with a satisfying crunch and a touch of heat. Over the years, he would give them as gifts to friends and family. After receiving rave reviews and encouragement, he created Clay's Pecans, bringing his passion for cooking and creation to customers in a new way.
